Sunday 30 June 2013 15:00 – York City Screen, Coney Street, York – Munch 150 Exhibition Encore

2013 marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of Edvard Munch (1863–1944), one of the towering figures of modern art. Already hailed as a once-in-a-lifetime show, Munch 150 will be co-hosted by the National Museum and the Munch Museum, both in Oslo.

The event film will go behind the scenes to show some of the process involved in putting the exhibition together, as well as touring Norway to provide an in-depth biography of the artist, who lived from the mid-19th century right through to the German occupation of Norway in the Second World War.
